Overview
We are a 20 year established custom cabinet shop seeking a Lead Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom cabinetry techniques and be proficient in reading residential building plans. This role involves working collaboratively with other employees to ensure high-quality results while adhering to safety standards and project timelines.
Duties
- *EXPERIENCE WITH CUSTOM BUILT-IN LIBRARIES, OFFICE'S, ENTERTAINMENT UNITS
*OPERATE SLIDING TABLE SAW, EDGEBANDER, LINE BORE MACHINE AND OTHER SHOP EQUIPMENT.
*ABLE TO BUILD FROM SHOP DRAWINGS
*YOUR OWN TOOLS ARE REQUIRED
*ORGANIZATION SKILLS AND MAINTAIN A CLEAN WORK AREA
*KNOWLEDGE OF LAMINATES, VENEERS, HINGES, DRAWER SLIDES AND OTHERS
*CAPABLE OF LIFTING 80 LBS, WORK ON LADDERS, HANDLE 4x8 MATERIAL, SOME INSTALL REQUIRED
*STRONG ATTENTION TO DETAIL AND QUALITY WORK
Experience
- 5 years experience in custom cabinetry is required
- VALID DRIVERS LICENSE AND TRANSPORTATION REQUIRED, ONLY THOSE WHO SUBMIT A RESUME WITH PAST EXPERIENCE AND REFERENCES WILL BE CONSIDERED.
