What You’ll Do:

Assist with installation of residential water treatment systems, including:
- Water softeners and filtration systems.
- Reverse osmosis (RO) systems.
- Support service, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Work alongside experienced technicians in the field. Follow safety procedures and company standards.
What You’ll Learn (Paid Training):
- Water treatment system installation and service.
- Reverse osmosis and UV purification systems.
- Pressure tanks and residential well system basics. Equipment diagnostics and repair.

Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving requirements.
- Reliable and dependable with good attendance.
- Comfortable performing hands-on, physical work. Willingness to learn and grow in a skilled trade.
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience in construction, plumbing, HVAC, or mechanical work. Field service or installation experience.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to perform physical job duties, including lifting, carrying, and moving equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs), with or without reasonable accommodation. Ability to stand, bend, and remain active for extended periods during work shifts, with or without reasonable accommodation.
Work Environment:
- Field-based role at residential customer locations. Work performed indoors and outdoors in varying conditions.
