We are seeking a skilled Scheduler to join our team in Indianapolis.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project objectives, regulatory timelines, and milestones.
• Develop baseline schedules incorporating engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and validation phases typical of a pharmaceutical facility.
• Update and monitor schedules regularly to track progress, highlight critical path activities, and ensure compliance with project and regulatory deadlines.
• Identify and address schedule conflicts, delays, or changes, and propose corrective actions.
• Assign and manage resources within Primavera P6, including labour, equipment, and materials.
• Analyze resource and manpower loading to optimize project efficiency and identify potential bottlenecks
• Ensure schedules comply with client requirements, pharmaceutical regulatory standards, and internal quality guidelines.
• Adhere to industry best practices and project control standards.

Requirements

• 3–5 years’ experience in scheduling within construction, engineering, or pharmaceutical/life sciences industries.
• Expertise in Primavera P6 scheduling software.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycles in regulated environments (FDA, GMP, or similar).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
