Role Description
This is a part time role, on-site MWF for a Payroll Specialist. The Payroll Specialist will be responsible for assisting with payroll functions including, but not limited to:
- Prepare/review timesheets submissions and terminations
- Prepare employee expense reimbursements
- Prepare weekly payroll reporting
- Prepare monthly union and certified payroll reporting
- Prepare and distribute annual W2s
- Research discrepancies and other inquiries
Qualifications
- High level of integrity
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time management skills
- Excellent attention to detail and high level of integrity
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Bachelors in accounting, finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Knowledge of payroll processing and union experience is a plus, but not required
