Recreational and Tumbling Gymnastics Coach

Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Gymnastics Coach to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in gymnastics OR cheerleading and a desire to inspire and educate young athletes. This role involves coaching students of various skill levels, fostering their development in gymnastics, and promoting a positive and safe training environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement engaging gymnastics training programs tailored to the skill levels of individual athletes.
• Teach fundamental gymnastics skills, techniques, and routines in a safe and supportive manner.
• Provide constructive feedback to students to enhance their performance and confidence.
• Monitor the progress of each athlete and adjust training plans as necessary to meet their needs.
• Ensure the safety of all participants by maintaining a clean and organized training area.
• Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
• Collaborate with other coaches to create a cohesive training environment that encourages teamwork and sportsmanship.
• Must have a sense of punctuality, responsibility, and professionalism.

Skills

• Strong knowledge of gymnastics techniques, rules, and safety practices.
• Experience in teaching physical education or coaching in related sports such as Cheerleading and/or tumbling.
• Ability to educate young athletes while fostering a love for the sport.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with students, parents, and fellow coaches.
• A positive attitude with the ability to motivate and inspire athletes of all ages.
