Location: Atlanta North Stars in Marietta, GA
Position Type: Part-Time / Full-Time (depending on availability)

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Competitive Team Coach to work with our Xcel and/or Compulsory and Developmental levels. The ideal candidate is passionate about athlete development, values proper technique and safety, spotting, and thrives in a team-oriented environment.
Responsibilities
- Coach and develop gymnasts in competitive levels (Xcel and/or Compulsory)
- Plan and lead structured, progressive workouts
- Teach proper technique on all events (Vault, Bars, Beam, Floor)
- Prepare athletes for competitions, including routine development and corrections
- Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to athletes
- Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and staff
- Assist at competitions (some weekends required)
- Help maintain a positive and disciplined team culture
Qualifications
- Previous experience coaching competitive gymnastics required
- Strong knowledge of USA Gymnastics rules and skill progressions
- Ability to coach all four women’s events (specialty in one or more event is fine as well)
- Positive attitude, strong leadership skills, and reliability
- CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
- SafeSport certification (or willingness to complete)
Schedule
- Weekday afternoon/evening practices and Saturday mornings
- Weekend availability for meets and occasional events
