Representative Front Desk (Part-time)

The front desk representative is responsible for greeting and providing information to clients, visitors and other guests of ACVB.

Responsibilities (including, but are not limited to the following)
- Greet clients, visitors and guests; determine the purpose of each person’s visit and direct or escort them to the appropriate location.
- Answer and route calls to the appropriate individuals and departments in a professional and timely manner.
- Direct vendors, deliveries, mail, documents, packages and courier to the mailroom.
- Perform administrative and clerical support tasks.
- Fulfillment for clients, including printing and assembling visitors’ promotional materials (mailing brochure packages).
- Maintain current knowledge of member hotels, venues, and attractions to answer inquiries.
- Professional appearance.
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic technology-based skillset to include knowledge of Microsoft Office software programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams, etc.)

- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year of experience in an office setting preferred (internships included)
- Work Hours: Mondays and Tuesdays from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM (Ability to work multiple days of the work week)
- Prompt arrival and departure times
- Open and close the front office
- Work Environment: Standard, temperature-controlled office environment with moderate office noise level
- Work Location: This is a part-time on-site position located in downtown Atlanta
- Physical Requirements: Light lifting up to 15 lbs.
