Fabrication Operator (PVC Pipe Bender) $18.75/hr. $1.00/hr. Shift Differential 2nd Shift (4:00pm - 2:30am)
Who we are looking for:
We are currently looking for a Fab Operator to be based out of Eugene location Reporting to the Shift Lead. The Fabricator Operator will run various machines and saws in the area. The primary role is to use the machines to bend pipe by loading pipe into the machine and/or connecting pipe to the bender part of the machine. It is the operator’s job to keep an eye on specs and quality of the product.
What you’ll do:
- Preform quality control tests as required
- Execute and maintain all necessary paperwork and documentation
- Train all employees, including new hires in the area of quality
- Ensure that all shifts preform quality test and procedures
- Review shift quality control inspection sheets for accuracy
- Ensure all weights for production are recorded accurately
What you’ll bring:
- Minimum educational requirement is high school diploma, or equivalent
- 1-2 Years' Experience in QA, ability to lead Troubleshooting Sessions with Production, Perform Customer Return Analysis and
generate reports to support Quality Leads.
- Experience and knowledge of Lean Daily Management principles preferred

- The employee will be required to stand and walk most of the time; use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and

As of the date of this posting, a good faith estimate of the current pay for this position is $20.50/hr. Placement in the range depends on several factors including, but not limited to, specific competencies, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, relevant experience, skills, seniority, performance, shift, travel requirements, and business or organizational needs and may change over time. Other compensation may include, but not limited to, overtime, shift differentials, bonuses, commissions, stock, and other incentives.
