This opportunity will be based in Henderson, NV.
Your role
- Project Planning & Execution: Independently develops and manages project work plans, schedules, and budgets, takes corrective actions as necessary
- Financial Management: Actively manages project budgets and profitability. Analyzes financial reports and ensures timely billing and collections
- Client & Contract Management: Serves as the primary point of contact on assigned projects. Drafts routine contract addenda and change orders for review by senior management
- Team Leadership: Directs and coordinates the work of the project team. Provides informal guidance to Associate PMs and technical staff.
- Bachelor's degree Required
- 6-10 years of professional experience, with 3-5 years of project management experience.
- PMP Certification, CCM (Certified Construction Manager) or equivalent is desirable, or actively working towards certification
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong client focus. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Superior communication skills including the ability to facilitate meetings, communicate with virtual and large teams and build a high level of credibility with staff and clients.
