Qualifications:
Basic Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED Equivalent
Preferred Qualifications (in addition to Basic Qualifications)
- 1 years’ experience in metallurgy (manufacturing environment)
- Any involvement in continuous improvement
- Lean Manufacturing Experience
Skills
- Knowledge of Quality control/inspection/lab testing requirements
- Detail oriented work-style
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to quickly learn processes and tasks as assigned
