In your day-to-day, you willππΌ
- Write 8 to 12 creative briefs per week, each tied to a clear hypothesis, moving from kickoff to v1 in under 72 hours
- Run weekly performance reads: pull the dashboard, identify winners and losers, and deliver a one-page retro every Monday
- Own persona research across 2 to 3 personas using Reddit, reviews, and support tickets, and build the language bank the team uses in briefs
- Serve as the creative team's primary point of contact: brief, review v1, give actionable feedback, and ship
- Co-own the 4-week test roadmap with the lead strategist, supporting priorities with data
- Document every winning hook, format, and angle in Notion to accelerate onboarding for future hires
Skills you have π
- 2 to 4 years of experience in performance creative or creative strategy at a DTC or growth-stage company
- Proven track record shipping at least one concept that scaled to $20K /month, with the ability to explain exactly why it worked
- Fluency reading paid social data: CTR, CPA, hook rate, and hold rate
- Ability to write briefs that designers can act on without follow-up questions
- Experience conducting at least one round of structured customer research
Skills that will make you stand outπ₯
- Experience working directly alongside a lead strategist or creative director in a high-output environment
- Background in health, wellness, or consumer subscription brands
- Independently identified at least one winning hook and can walk through the process end-to-end
