Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Tustin, CA for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN). Qualifications
- Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) certification with valid state licensure
- Experience in skilled nursing care, wound care, and ostomy management
- Strong knowledge of administering medications and monitoring patient conditions
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with patients, families, and healthcare teams
- Proficiency in documenting patient care accurately and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards
- Ability to work compassionately and independently within a home healthcare setting
- CPR certification and valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience in home healthcare or related field is a plus
