This leader will play a vital role in shaping the customer experience, elevating store performance, and scaling operational excellence across the region. What You’ll Do:

• Lead and mentor Store Managers across multiple Athletifreak locations
• Develop and execute district-wide strategies to drive sales and strengthen store performance
• Monitor financial performance and manage budgets to optimize profitability
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and implement process improvements
• Oversee and execute key projects including store openings, renovations, and brand activations
• Cultivate a culture of leadership, empowerment, and continuous improvement
• Conduct regular store visits to ensure brand consistency, team alignment, and operational excellence
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align district strategies with overall company vision
• Represent Athletifreak as a brand ambassador, setting the tone for excellence in every location

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in multi-unit retail management, preferably in luxury, lifestyle, or activewear sectors
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills with a focus on team development
• A strategic mindset with a deep understanding of sales planning and business growth
• Excellent communication, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Ability to manage large-scale projects while maintaining high standards of detail and execution
• Experience in driving process improvements and operational efficiencies
