Role Overview:
We’re looking for an Assistant Fashion Designer to support the design and development of new product lines. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented and creative, with a strong understanding of design execution. From concept all the way to production.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in design and product development for seasonal collections.
- Create and maintain tech packs, line sheets, and supporting design documentation.
- Support product management, ensuring accurate details through the design-to-production process.
- Participate in print and graphic design development aligned with brand direction.
- Collaborate closely with the design and production teams to meet timelines and brand standards.
Qualifications:
- Passion for Fashion Design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign required).
- Strong understanding of garment construction, materials, and design processes.
- Experience creating tech packs and line sheets.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Creative eye for detail and ability to translate ideas into clear, functional designs.
- Familiarity with CLO3D, Blender, or 3D design software (is a Plus).
- Interest in activewear, performance apparel, or streetwear design.
- Degree in Fashion Design or related field is preferred
