Duties
- Lead and supervise all store sales activities, including the guest experience, merchandising, and new business development
- Recruit, interview, train, and develop sales staff to ensure a high-performing team aligned with company standards.
- Oversee inventory control processes—ordering purchasing supplies, conducting stock checks, and managing stock replenishment.
- Implement effective merchandising strategies to maximize sales and enhance the shopping experience.
- Handle cash handling procedures, POS (Point of Sale) systems management, and cashiering duties with accuracy and integrity.
- Monitor store performance metrics such as sales targets, retail math calculations, and budgeting to meet business objectives.
- Attend regular team meetings to communicate goals, provide training & development opportunities, and foster a collaborative environment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, store policies, and health standards while maintaining a clean and organized store layout.
- Utilize marketing strategies to promote products and increase foot traffic through promotional events or local outreach efforts.

- Excellent communication skills—bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued for diverse customer engagement.

- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, payroll processing & inventory management software.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting.
- Experience in retail sales management including merchandising, stocking procedures & marketing initiatives.
- Sound knowledge of retail math principles including budgeting & sales analysis for strategic planning.
- Strong customer service orientation coupled with phone etiquette & interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability in shift management & store operations oversight—ensuring smooth daily functions.
