As demand for our services continues to grow, we're looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our crew.
We’re seeking a dependable laborer to assist with the physical aspects of court construction and maintenance. This is a hands-on position involving outdoor work, heavy lifting, and tasks such as sports court surface preparation, sports court painting, and equipment handling.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with construction, resurfacing, and repainting of outdoor courts
- Operate power tools and equipment as needed
- Prep surfaces for painting, including cleaning, patching, and taping
- Mix and apply surfacing materials and court coatings
- Maintain a clean and safe job site
- Follow directions from the site supervisor and work well as part of a team
Requirements:
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lift 50 lbs, kneel, bend, stand for long periods)
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions
- Valid driver’s license
- Reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Construction experience helpful but not required
- Can commit to a full-time schedule
Starting Pay:
- $20/hour
- Periodic raises based on performance
- Most work done between April and November
