Job Title: General Manager: Athletes Acceleration

Location: Indianapolis, INJob Type: Full-time, In-personSalary: $50-$60,000 annually monthly performance bonus ($1,000–$1,500 based on revenue)

Overview:

Athletes Acceleration is seeking a driven and highly organized General Manager to lead our Indianapolis location. The GM is responsible for the overall performance and growth of the facility; including revenue, client acquisition, retention, staff leadership, and operational excellence. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-driven environment and has a passion for athlete development and business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the facility runs efficiently and according to Athletes Acceleration standards.
• Lead and develop the coaching team through weekly meetings, accountability systems, and professional growth opportunities.
• Manage all new client consultations and drive consistent client acquisition and retention.
• Maintain revenue growth through daily lead follow-up, reactivation outreach, and promotional campaigns.
• Ensure the facility remains clean, organized, and prepared for training and tours at all times.
• Schedule staff shifts, coverage, and facility cleaning routines.
• Run weekly staff meetings and consultation roleplays to improve team performance.
• Oversee internship program and assist with recruiting and developing future coaches.
• Manage social media presence.
• Drive community engagement through our organic marketing system,

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

• Monthly revenue growth achieved.
• 30 consultations scheduled per month.
• 85% consultation conversion rate.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of leadership or management experience in a fitness, sports performance, or service-based business.
• Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales, retention, or growth goals.
• Ability to lead a team, hold others accountable, and create a positive culture.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including some evenings and weekends as needed.
