Job Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Performs clerical and administrative tasks including drafting letters, memos, invoices, reports, and other documents for leadership.
- Manage special projects and ensure their successful completion within set deadlines.
- Screen and follow up on calls, emails, and other inquiries on behalf of the leadership.
- Exhibit the ability to handle a high volume of tasks and projects with little or no guidance.
- React with appropriate levels of urgency to situations and events that require a quick response or turnaround.
- Maintain a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
- Represent Athens Services in a professional manner at all times when interacting with employees, vendors, suppliers, etc.
- Perform additional job-related duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Human Resources or other related field
- Bilingual – English/Spanish
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Exceptional organizational, problem solving, and interpersonal skills
- Strong ability to meet deadlines, prioritize, and multi-task
- Exceptional verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with Executives and Management
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
