Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an Inside Sales Representative based in Nashville, TN. The Inside Sales Representative will be responsible for managing existing customer accounts while developing new client relationships. Core duties include generating leads, assisting with customer inquiries, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, and providing excellent customer service. The role will also involve maintaining detailed records of customer activity and working closely with internal teams to address customer needs effectively.
