Fence Laborer

Job Title: Crew Leader/Fence Laborer EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Fence Laborer to join our team and assist with the installation and repair of various types of fences. This role involves outdoor work, requiring physical stamina and attention to detail. The successful candidate will support the team in completing small to medium-sized fencing projects efficiently and safely, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship.

Duties

• Assist with the installation of different fence types including aluminum, chain link, wood and vinyl.
• Perform outdoor construction work, handling materials and tools on-site.
• Use power tools and hand tools safely and effectively to cut, assemble, and install fencing components.
• Handle construction materials with care, ensuring proper placement and secure fastening.
• Support in small fencing projects as well as repairs when needed, maintaining flexibility to adapt to various job requirements.
• Follow safety protocols at all times during outdoor work activities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to client specifications.

Skills

• Prior fence installation experience is a must; Aluminum, Chain Link, Commercial, Farm Fence, Wood and Vinyl.
• Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and efficiently.
• Physical stamina for manual labor and outdoor conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Good teamwork skills and a positive attitude toward safety procedures.

*PAY IS BASED ON EXPERIENCE*

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
