Kitchen Team Member – Knoxville Ghost Kitchen

Knoxville Ghost Kitchen is a fast-paced dining concept inside Cumberland Food Hall, right in the heart of the University of Tennessee campus. We feed a steady stream of hungry students, staff, and visitors, and we're looking for Kitchen Team Members who are ready to work expo, run the line, and own the grill.
What You'll Do
- Expo: Be the command center of the kitchen. Call out tickets, check every plate for accuracy and presentation, and make sure orders go out fast and right.
- Line: Build and assemble dishes quickly and consistently, keeping your station stocked and ready for the next wave.
- Grill: Cook proteins to perfection, manage multiple orders at once, and keep the grill sizzling through every rush.
- Keep your station clean, organized, and food-safety ready at all times
- Communicate clearly with your crew so nothing falls through the cracks
- Jump in wherever the kitchen needs you, because that's how great teams win the rush
What We're Looking For
- Expo, line, or grill experience is a big plus, but we'll train the right attitude
- Dependable and on time. The rush doesn't wait, and neither does your team!
- Quick on your feet and cool under pressure
- Strong communicator who can call and keep track of multiple orders
- Takes pride in clean work, accurate orders, and great food
- Flexible availability, including some evenings and weekends
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
