Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and organized Campus Operations & Growth Specialist to support campus leadership and drive student enrollment across all school locations. This role combines on-site campus management (Moab) with school-wide recruitment, data tracking, and student support responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Campus Operations (Moab Campus):
- Manage daily campus operations in the principal’s absence
- Address student discipline, including parent communication and student suspensions as needed
Enrollment & Growth (School-Wide):
- Partner with the registrar to increase student enrollment
- Serve as the first point of contact for prospective students and families
- Track and manage enrollment leads using designated systems
- Conduct outreach via phone, email, and text messaging
- Assign leads to appropriate campus staff and ensure timely follow-up
- Monitor enrollment progress and document outcomes
Student Retention & Exit Support:
- Conduct exit surveys for withdrawing students
- Collect and analyze feedback to identify trends and improve retention
Academic & Data Support:
- Provide support for Clever and assist with academic data tracking
- Compile and maintain the end-of-year school data report
Additional Duties:
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent computer skills, including the ability to use and manage spreadsheets and data systems
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through independently
- Self-starter with strong organizational skills
- Comfortable handling sensitive situations with professionalism
- Experience working in a school setting (charter school experience preferred)
- Previous experience in education, administration, or enrollment support preferred
Goals & Performance Measures:
- Achieve a minimum of 50 new student enrollments across all locations
