Position Overview
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our mobile wound care team in Tucson and surrounding communities. This role offers independence, weekday-only hours, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide advanced wound care in patient homes and care facilities
- Conduct telehealth visits in accordance with Arizona regulations
- Prescribe medications and treatments as appropriate
- Complete accurate, timely documentation
- Travel locally within the Tucson area (mileage reimbursed)
- Optional rounding in skilled nursing or rehabilitation facilities
Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted Arizona NP or PA license
- Board certification and Master’s degree from an accredited NP or PA program
- Preferred: 1 year experience in primary care, internal medicine, urgent care, or wound care
- Bonus: ER, ICU, or critical care experience
- Strong clinical judgment, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile setting
Compensation
- Salary: $120,000–$140,000 annually, based on experience
- Full-time, salaried position
