Salesforce Technical PM Location: Pleasanton, CA - 3 Days/week to office Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, development, and implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud solutions.
- Act as a technical lead for Salesforce development projects, providing architecture and coding guidance.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery, including planning, execution, risk management, and status reporting.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Perform hands-on development using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Lead technical teams, conduct code reviews, and enforce Salesforce development best practices.
- Manage integrations between Salesforce and external applications.
- Work closely with QA, business analysts, and product owners to ensure successful project delivery.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.
- Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD practices.
- 8 years of Salesforce experience.
- Hands-on development experience in Apex, Sales Cloud
- Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects.
- Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Salesforce certifications preferred:
- Salesforce Platform Developer I/II
- Salesforce Administrator
- Sales Cloud Consultant
