Quality Assurance Tester Remote 12 months contract Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to ensure the reliability, accuracy, and
usability of financial systems and integrations, with a focus on Dynamics 365 (D365). This
role acts as a bridge between finance stakeholders and technical delivery teams, ensuring
solutions are accurate, trusted, and easy to use, and helps a finance-driven organization
successfully adopt modern, integrated systems. Key Responsibilities
Validate end-to-end financial transaction flows across D365 and integrated systems.
Design and execute test plans, test cases, and scenarios aligned to business workflows.
Perform functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, and troubleshoot system issues with root cause analysis.
Support finance stakeholders by explaining system behavior in clear, business-friendly
terms.
Ensure data integrity and reconciliation across systems and financial processes.
Collaborate with developers, analysts, and architects to resolve issues and improve
quality.
Drive continuous improvement of testing processes and system reliability. Required Qualifications
Experience in QA/testing within enterprise or ERP systems (D365 preferred).
Strong understanding of test case design, execution, and defect tracking.
Experience testing integrations, APIs, and data-intensive systems.
Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving ability.
Familiarity with Agile development and test tools (e.g., Azure DevOps, Jira). Key Skills & Traits
Ability to validate complex multi-system workflows and data flows.
Strong communication skills to translate technical issues for business stakeholders.
Understanding of finance processes (AP, AR, GL, invoicing).
Attention to data accuracy, controls, and auditability.
