Responsibilities
- Construct garments from pre-cut pieces using industrial sewing equipment.
- Sew with accuracy while maintaining consistent quality standards.
- Assemble dresses, chemises, sleeves, bodices, skirts, and other garments.
- Follow patterns, construction notes, and production specifications.
- Press garments and perform quality inspections before completion.
- Assist with production workflow, organization, and inventory as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation.
- Work collaboratively with a small, creative team.
- Work efficiently alone for long periods of time

- standing for long periods, and lifting 50lbs is required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of garment construction or professional sewing experience.
- Experience operating industrial sewing machines preferred.
- Ability to sew consistent, clean seams and maintain high attention to detail.
- Understanding of garment construction techniques.
- Comfortable working with woven fabrics such as linen, cotton, silk, and wool.
- Ability to meet production deadlines while maintaining quality.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Must have reliable transportation
Preferred Experience
- Historical costume or theatrical costume construction.
- Bridal or formalwear production.
- Corsetry, boning, or structured garment construction.
- Sergers, coverstitch machines, and pressing equipment.
- Pattern reading and basic alterations.

Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 8-hour shifts
- Overtime available during collection launches.
- Some weekend, holiday and nights may be required.
