Foundry Production Operator | Full-Time | 1st, 2nd & 3rd Shift Available
Every part we ship starts as raw aluminum and ends up as a precision casting trusted by industries that can't afford to get it wrong. In between, it passes through the hands of melters, molders, core operators, finishers, set-up techs, and quality/final inspectors — and that's exactly where you come in!
We're hiring for our Production and Quality teams, and this posting covers all of it. You don't need to know yet which seat fits you best — once you're in the building, we'll help you find it. Wherever you land, you'll be learning a real trade in an industry that's always going to need skilled hands.

WHERE YOU COULD FIT
- Melting & Molding — Melt and pour aluminum to spec, or run low-pressure/gravity-pour molding equipment.
- Core Making — Build, dip, and assemble cores for every casting we pour.
- Finishing / Post-Processing — Knockout, saw, bench, CNC, leak test, heat treat, and straightening to bring parts to final spec.
- Set-Up & Tooling — Tooling, spraying, and machine set-up (fork truck certification available).
- Quality/Final Inspection — Catch defects, run CMM/X-ray equipment, and coach quality standards on the floor.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Safely operate foundry equipment and machinery
- Follow work instructions and quality standards to produce good parts
- Identify and correct defects per the standard
- Use hand tools, gauges, and measurement instruments accurately
- Keep your area clean, organized, and moving safely
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- High school diploma or GED
- Manufacturing or foundry experience a plus — not required
- Comfortable in a hands-on, physical, fast-paced environment
- Dependable, safety-minded, and detail-oriented
- Must pass ATEK's functional job analysis, physical, and drug screen
Heads up: this is genuine foundry work. You'll have regular exposure to heat, dust, fumes, and noise, and PPE is required at all times. If you like staying active and don't mind getting your hands dirty doing work that matters, you'll feel right at home.
