THE OPPORTUNITY
At ATEK Metal Technologies, quality isn't just something we cast into metal β it's built into every customer interaction. As our Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary connection between our customers and the teams that deliver for them. You'll own the order pipeline, drive quoting accuracy, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Order Management β Oversee customer orders end-to-end β EDI, change orders, scorecards, and shipment tracking β with a goal of 100% on-time delivery.
Customer Liaison β Serve as the first point of contact for all AMT customers, translating their needs into action for internal teams and keeping communication seamless.
Quoting & Documentation β Assist in managing the full quoting cycle β part files, secondary ops quotes, mark print reviews, and final package delivery to the Program and Engineering Manager.
Scheduler Coordination β Bridge customer expectations with the Production Scheduler, ensuring demand shifts and order details are communicated with urgency and precision.
Contract Review β Review contracts via ERP and ISO procedures, negotiate achievable delivery commitments, and flag revisions when needed.
Cross-Team Collaboration β Work side-by-side with Sales, Engineering, and Production β bringing insight on demand variations and maintaining a fast, responsive team culture.
QUALIFICATIONS
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3β5 years ERP experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
Preferred:
- Degree in a business-related field
- Prior customer service experience
- Background in engineering or as an engineering assistant

WORK ENVIRONMENT
You'll primarily work in a climate-controlled office (95% of the time), with occasional visits to our foundry floor where dust, heat, fumes, and noise are part of the environment. PPE and safety protocols are always in place.
