As our Inventory Coordinator, you’ll play a critical role in ensuring the right materials are in the right place at the right time. From supporting maintenance to enabling production, your work directly impacts uptime, efficiency, and cost control across the plant.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
Own Inventory Accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records across materials and departments
- Perform cycle counts (weekly/monthly) and investigate discrepancies
- Ensure materials are issued, tracked, and consumed correctly in the ERP system
Keep Materials Flowing
- Coordinate with material handlers to ensure proper staging and availability
- Monitor inventory levels and flag shortages, risks, and replenishment needs
- Maintain min/max levels and support cost-effective inventory management
Build & Improve Systems
- Organize, label, and maintain storage locations for efficiency and visibility
- Support FIFO practices and manage obsolete or slow-moving inventory
- Help develop and improve processes that strengthen inventory control
Support Operations & Reporting
- Partner with Purchasing, Production, and Maintenance on material needs
- Prepare inventory reports and support year-end physical inventory
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the plant
WHAT YOU BRING
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of inventory, warehouse, or manufacturing experience
Preferred:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

TECHNICAL SKILLS
