Project Manager

Location: Hybrid — Wilmington, DE (3 days onsite/week)

Duration: 12 months - possible extension

Interview: 2 rounds (1 Screening phone call and an in person interview) candidate must be able to come to in person interview to be considered.

Required Qualifications

· Proven experience managing multiple concurrent IT projects in a waterfall/structured methodology environment

· Demonstrated ability to build and maintain project plans, roadmaps, RAID/risk-and-issue logs, and status reporting artifacts

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to senior/executive leadership

· Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

· Experience working with cross-functional technical teams (infrastructure, security, applications)

· Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience
