Lean practitioner

Job Description:

• Works with all levels of the organization to identify risks, assists and develops integrated deployment strategies that improve the production system, and assists with the implementation of these targets.
• Must be proficient and certified in the Lean tools (5S, VSM, AIW, 3P etc.).
• Represent Lean / continuous improvement function in Program reviews and strategic planning
• Guides the effective application and integration of LEAN implementation
• 5 years of experience implementing lean principles, to include identifying opportunities and making recommendations for value stream improvements that resulted in improved business position through culture transformation.

• 5 years of experience planning and facilitating Lean workshops (e.g., BPSM /AIW / 3P / Kaizen / VSM, Process Mapping, AIW, DK)
