Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust pipelines and applications within Palantir Foundry.
- Leverage Palantir Gotham for advanced analytics and operational intelligence.
- Build and optimize backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Plotly Dash.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers while ensuring best practices in development.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical solutions.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support agile development practices.
- 12 years of professional experience in software engineering.
- 8 years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry and Gotham.
- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot for backend development.
- 4 years of experience creating dashboards using Plotly Dash.
- Solid understanding of data structures, ETL workflows, and SQL.
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD tools, and agile methodologies.
- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively across technical and non-technical groups.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Palantir Foundry certification required.
