What are the responsibilities and job description for the Generator Technician position at ATEC Wireless?
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of diesel and gasoline generator experience is required.
- Prior experience working on standby generators (residential and/or industrial; 10kW-60kW) preferred.
- Available for on-call and overtime hours as needed, especially during major power outages.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Accurate submission of service orders, repair quotes, and all generator data.
- Must own your tools.
- Clean driver’s license.
- EGSA and OSHA certifications. (or able to obtain each)
- Electrical knowledge is a plus.
- Team Player.
- Mechanical and electrical aptitude, with experience in mechanical and electrical fields, particularly with diesel generators.
