Skills: Two (2) years of IV Insertion and Phlebotomy experience. Two (2) years of Conscious Sedation experience.Education: Associates Degree (ASN, ADN) from an accreditated Nursing Program. Required Certifications & Licensure: New York State RN License. Primary Source Verification of License and Registration of Registered Professional Nurse from NYS Department of Education (NYSED). AHA BLS. AHA ACLS (Queens only).
