What are the responsibilities and job description for the ServiceNow Integration consultant position at ATC?
REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 5 Years)
Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow. (8 years)
Proven track record delivering multiple ServiceNow module implementations or
enhancements. (8 years)
Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB,
Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, etc. (8 years)
Experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, and CSDM. (8 years)
Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks
Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices
Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills
ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred:
o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
o Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)
o ITIL Foundation or higher
NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:
Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks
Ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide technical
guidance
