ServiceNow Integration consultant

REQUIRED SKILLS: (Need Majority; 5 Years)

 Hands-on experience implementing and configuring ServiceNow. (8 years)

 Proven track record delivering multiple ServiceNow module implementations or

enhancements. (8 years)

 Strong knowledge of ServiceNow core modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB,

Knowledge, Service Catalog, Request Fulfillment, Discovery, etc. (8 years)

 Experience with ITOM, integrations, automations, and CSDM. (8 years)

 Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks

 Knowledge of ServiceNow best practices

 Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills

 ServiceNow certifications strongly preferred:

o ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

o Implementation Specialist certification (ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, etc.)

o ITIL Foundation or higher

NICE TO HAVE SKILLS:

 Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies

 Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and frameworks

 Ability to interact with senior leadership and business stakeholders to provide technical

guidance
