Description of the job functions the contractor will be expected to perform.
Provide supportto Revenue Cyclethrough the following:
- Review coverage discovery for scheduled patient appointments to determine patient responsibility
- Document coverage appropriately in Epic
- Identify trendsin coverage and point of service patientresponsibilty collections for each of the 88 clinic locations
- Recommend process changesthat would optimize collection of patientresponsibility related revenueand third party payments
- Communicate with clinical and operations leadership related to coverage discovery, patient responsibility, and revenue cycle related topics
Required Skills/Experience
Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements willbe transferred to the ScoreSheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on theirresume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration.
- Epic PB experience, certification preferred
- RHIA/RHIT/CPC certified required
- revenue cyclereporting, build, logic,claims adjudication, data,and training
- clearinghouse
- Third partycoverage discovery
- RTE interpretation

Provide any skills/experience thatwould be helpfulfor the candidate to possess but not required. Examples: Previous supervisory
experience, WebLogic experience helpful, etc.
Public health, community health, physician clinic,FQHC, RHC revenuecycle experience Mississippi healthcare experience
