Position Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Technology Consultant (Appian) to support the design, development, and implementation of enterprise-grade low-code solutions using the Appian platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and delivery teams to modernize business processes, automate workflows, and deliver scalable digital transformation solutions.
This role requires strong expertise in Appian BPM development, system integration, and agile delivery within complex enterprise or federal environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement applications using the Appian Low-Code Platform
- Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop:
- Appian Interfaces (SAIL)
- Process Models
- Records
- Integration Objects
- Reports & Dashboards
- Configure workflows, business rules, and case management solutions
- Integrate Appian applications with external systems using APIs, web services, and databases
- Participate in solution architecture discussions and technical design reviews
- Support deployment, testing, and production releases
- Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize applications
- Work within Agile/Scrum delivery teams
- Provide technical guidance and best practices aligned with Appian standards
- Support documentation, knowledge transfer, and client demonstrations

- Hands-on experience with Appian BPM / Low-Code Platform
