Shift: 3x12s, Monday–Thursday Nights (18:00-06:30)
Pay: $1,795/week (including $1,075 travel stipend)
Start Date: 01/05/2026

Job Description
As a vital part of the nursing team, you will care for adult post-surgical observation patients in a 6-bed unit.

Job Requirements

• Active RN license in SC or compact state (must be in hand prior to start)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience in direct patient care within the last year
• Previous charge experience preferred
• Epic charting experience required
• Travel nursing experience required
• Teaching or community hospital experience preferred
• Trauma Level I/II experience preferred
• Certifications Required: BLS and ACLS (AHA or Red Cross)
• Patient Ratio: 1:3 (nights)
• Must be able to float to sister facilities as needed (Downtown, Main, West Campus)

Skills & Competencies

• Strong IV skills, venipuncture, and medication administration
• Emergency and general surgical care experience preferred
• Familiarity with post-op assessments, oxygen therapy, cardiac arrest response, 12-lead ECG, and blood glucose monitoring
• Proficient in Epic and interdisciplinary collaboration
• Effective patient teaching and triage communication
