Job Summary
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced LPN/LVN for an 13 week assignment in Burkeville, VA 23922. This is a both shift opportunity working three 12-hour shifts per week in a correctional healthcare setting.
Responsibilities Include:
- Providing direct patient care to inmates in a correctional facility
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitoring patient conditions and documenting care accurately
- Collaborating with healthcare staff to ensure quality patient care
- Responding to medical emergencies as needed
Requirements:
- Active LPN/LVN license
- Previous nursing experience preferred
- Correctional or behavioral health experience is a plus
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Experience:
- Correctional: 1 year (Preferred)
Pay: $38.00 - $42.00 per hour
