Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Healthcare Recruiter located in Thomasville, GA. The Healthcare Recruiter will be responsible for identifying and hiring qualified healthcare professionals to meet the staffing needs of clients. Day-to-day tasks include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating placements, maintaining strong relationships with clients and staff, and ensuring excellence in customer service and communication throughout the recruitment process.

- Strong skills in Hiring and talent acquisition processes
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced work environment
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems and Microsoft Office Suite
Compensation:
Competitive base salary performance-based commission. Total earnings dependent on recruiting performance and experience.
