Job Summary
SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS:
* Valid California PPS Credential in School Psychology and Autism Authorization
* Thorough knowledge of ABA principles
* Experience with creating behavior intervention plans
* Experience presenting functional behavior assessment reports at IEP meetings.
* Ability to provide modeling, collaboration and guidance to staff responsible for the implementation of
behavior intervention plans and positive reinforcement systems.
* Possess the ability to teach replacement behaviors to students and staff.
* Understand the principles of extinction and behavior modification
* Ability to Pass DOJ Background/Fingerprint Check
* Tuberculosis Clearance
* Valid California Driver License
DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:
* Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and ABA strategies
in the school setting.
* Additional training for students on the autism spectrum, moderate to extensive needs.
