SALARY: Placement on Certificated Salary Schedule ($58,273 - $95,537*) 15 years creditable experience may be accepted Master’s Degree – 2% on base annual salary Doctorate Degree – additional 2% on base annual salary National Board Certification – additional $1,000 Based on 185 workdays (*50% = $29,136 - $47,768) ORDER OF CONSIDERATION: 1. Current AUSD Employees 2. Out of District Applicants
