Salary: $200 per day ($225 per day for long-term assignments) SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: 1. Bachelor's Degree 2. Teaching Credential or 30 Day Emergency Substitute permit 2. DOJ/FBI Background Check 4. Tuberculosis Clearance 5. Current CPR Certification (optional but desirable)
- Copy of Transcript (Copies of all transcripts ~ front and back if applicable)
- CPR/First Aid Certification (Current CPR/First Aide Certificate/card - (optional))
- Credential Copy
- Driver's License Copy
- Fingerprint Clearance (Do you have fingerprint clearance through the San Luis Obispo County Office of Education? Provide a note as to yes or no. )
- Letter of Introduction
- Letter(s) of Recommendation (Three (3) letters of recommendation. Cannot be more than 3 years old.)
- Other (Emergency 30-Day Sub Permit)
- Resume
- TB Screening Result (TB clearances are good for 4 years)
- Test Results/Materials (Results from CBEST, CSET, RICA, MSAT, etc., (not required))
