Out of District Applicants SALARY: Placement on Certificated Salary Schedule ($58,273 - $95,537*) 15 years creditable experience may be accepted Master’s Degree – 2% on base annual salary Doctorate Degree – additional 2% on base annual salary National Board Certification – additional $1,000 (*222 Work Days = $69,927 - $114,644)
