Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role as a Service Technician for Scientific Instruments based in Bellevue, WA. The Service Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing ATAGO products. The role involves fieldwork to provide technical support to clients, performing maintenance tasks, and addressing issues to ensure operational reliability. Building strong relationships with customers and providing exceptional service are core aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Maintenance & Repair for ATAGO instruments
• Strong Troubleshooting skills to promptly identify and resolve technical issues
• Effective Customer Service skills with a focus on communication and problem-solving
• Ability to perform routine and preventive Maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results
• Knowledge of scientific equipment or instruments; experience with refractometers is a plus
• Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a related field preferred
• Typing Speed 50 wpm

Wage & Work Hours

• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
• Wage Range: $24.00–$29.00 per hour
