We are an ATM site survey and field services company that develops and maintains internal software solutions used by office employees, field technicians, vendors, and customers.
ATA Services is seeking an organized and dependable Project Manager Assistant to support our Project Management team. This entry-level position is responsible for creating and maintaining project schedules, communicating with customers, updating project trackers, and assisting with day-to-day administrative tasks. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start a career in project coordination or business operations.
Responsibilities
- Create and maintain scheduled site trackers using Microsoft Excel.
- Send project schedules and updates to customers via email.
- Coordinate customer schedules and assist with ongoing projects.
- Update project information and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate professionally with customers regarding scheduling and project updates.
- Assist Project Managers with daily administrative tasks.
- Monitor project timelines and notify the team of scheduling changes or issues.
- Organize project files and documentation.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications
