Our, client, a premier national firm, is seeking a Litigation Technology Specialist in Denver, CO to provide technology support to the firm's litigation teams on a national bases. The position collaborates closely with the attorneys, paralegals, and external vendors to troubleshoot technical issues, prepare technology for litigation events, and deliver responsive support to litigation teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support attorneys and litigation teams with technology tools used during discovery and trial preparation.
- Prepare and edit trial presentation materials, including synchronized deposition video, video excerpts, multimedia exhibits, and digital demonstratives for courtroom presentation.
- Maintain litigation technology inventory across multiple offices.
- Provide hands-on trial support including courtroom equipment setup and digital exhibit presentation.
- Ensure all litigation technology systems are functional and user-ready; troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly.
- Train legal teams on litigation support tools and best practices.
- Liaise with vendors and consultants as needed to support litigation needs.
- Maintain documentation and chain of custody records for evidentiary materials.
- Travel to multiple offices and courthouses to support or coordinate trial technology needs.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in litigation support or legal technology in a law firm or legal department.
- Strong proficiency with trial presentation software (e.g., Trial Director, OnCue) and familiarity with Page Vault (web and social media evidence), and Opus2 (deposition management).
- Familiarity with the technical aspects of e-discovery, including data processing, loading, and production within platforms such as Relativity, Everlaw, and other document review tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to travel and provide in-courtroom support during trials.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in legal technology, information systems.
