Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indianapolis, IN, for an Escrow Assistant. The role involves supporting the escrow process, including preparing and reviewing documents for real estate closings, assisting with customer service inquiries, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The Escrow Assistant will work closely with team members and clients to facilitate efficient and accurate transactions while maintaining professional communication throughout the process.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Escrow processes and experience with handling Closings
- Exceptional Communication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with team members and clients
- Strong Customer Service skills, including a client-focused approach and the ability to address inquiries professionally
- Notary public certification or willingness to obtain certification, if required
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
- Proficient in relevant software applications and understanding of real estate or title industry practices
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certification in real estate or related fields is preferred
