ATA National Title Group is seeking a motivated team player to join our Lake States Team as a Title Assistant. Ideal candidate must be organized and detail-oriented with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties include:
· Act as liaison between agents and escrow team
· Support the Title Manager and Escrow Processors to aid in preparing files for closing
· Review and understand purchase agreement and title commitment to determine necessary requirements for closing
· Assist in obtaining conditions required for closing
· Effectively communicate with parties in the transaction
Qualifications and Skills:
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Ability to reliably meet deadlines and demonstrate consistent follow through
· Takes pride in quality work and building customer relationships
· Strong computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook
· Prior title company experience preferred
