The Opportunity 🚀
Following a period of rapid growth and multiple entry-level hires, the firm is now looking to add experienced recruiters (ideally with 2–5 years’ experience) to strengthen their delivery capability across their key divisions.
There are live roles to fill immediately — particularly within Accounting & Finance — and they’re looking for people who can hit the ground running, manage relationships confidently, and contribute to the success of a thriving team.

Divisions Hiring 🔍
Accounting & Finance (Perm)
- High priority area with a large number of live roles
- Recruiting across Audit, FP&A, and Accounting functions
- All permanent hires
- Requires confident, delivery-focused recruiters who can manage candidate pipelines with minimal hand-holding
Corporate Services (Perm)
- Covers Admin, HR, Executive Assistants, Office Managers, and Facilities roles
- A consistent-performing desk with repeat clients and steady demand
- Ideal for recruiters who enjoy candidate engagement and long-term relationship building
Temporary / Contract Division
- Cross-sector coverage
- Often dual desk
- Looking for recruiters with 1–2 years’ experience (with prior sales background) or 2–5 years in recruitment
- Offers flexible comp structure with higher base potential

- 2–5 years of recruitment experience (agency background preferred)
- Previous exposure to Accounting & Finance, Corporate Services, or Financial Operations
- Confident working autonomously and taking full ownership of delivery

- Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver consistently
